An Iconic American Tradition
I have every White House ornament from the past 15 years. It is almost necessary to have a second tree dedicated just to these ornaments. Each ornament has a connection to White House history and includes a card that tells the story. These are fun anecdotes to share with family while gathered around the tree. Did you know that First Lady Pat Nixon started the tradition of the White House gingerbread tradition? The gingerbread recipe is included too!
