This "toilet" fails to meet minimum expectations across the board....
This "toilet" fails to meet minimum expectations across the board.
1.) At the time of purchase, Home Depot website lists this unit height at 16", but when received was only 11"! This feels a lot like sitting on the floor or a trainer toilet for kids.
2.) Upon installation, the rear fitting leaked and had to be taken apart and mended to fix leak requiring additional investment.
3.) After installation, this unit would "sweat" and condensate water overnight in temperature changes requiring a full wipedown every morning.
4.) Additionally, due to the engineering of this unit, their is vast open space in the interior of the shell that will fill with black with water when clogged and is open to both toilet outflow and outflow into blackwater tank. This also breaks vacuum and prevents plunging action, meaning frequent clogs require snakes and hoses.
Not much else to be said. This piece of plastic cannot really be called a toilet because it fails to do anything a toilet is suppose to do and even fails to meet its own stated description. Folks, this is not a toilet, this is a "toy-let".
