Glad I bought it
I like the size of the chair I'm 5'8" 190lbs . The massage is strong enough to make you really feel like it is doing something . The sead vibration though is useless. But that is not a big deal. Overall I am glad I bought the chair just make sure you get it on sale .

Ahhh what a feeling it is to be loved!
I can get my own personal massage everyday, all day, any day I want. This chair is AWSOME! I’ve had massage chairs before but nothing like Titan “Osaki”. The Titan “Osaki, is so strong in it’s massages I can feel them deep to the bone. I’ve had my chair for about a week-and-a-half and have been in it everyday, morning and night. I feel so much less tense. The chair itself looks futuristic and stylish.
Pros:
- I love the leg extensions. I’m 6’3” and fit perfectly.
- Heated back. It’s not as hot, but warm enough to know it’s on.
- Zero gravity makes for feel like your on the clouds.
- A definite buy.
- All the different settings are cool to.
Cons:
- Where your shoulders go it’s really tight. It would be nice if it was adjustable outward.
- The foot rest should also be adjustable for people with larger feet. The rollers land just below the metatarsals and missing the phalanges.
- The armrest should also be adjustable, it only fits half of the lower part of the forearm to half my hand.
But over all GREAT CHAIR!

Nice Chair Just Too Small
I bought this chair in April and it was delivered on May 6th. The chair fabric is very nice and it seems to be well made. Very heavy chair. I am a very big boned energetic 5'9" 200 pound person and found this chair way TOO SMALL and NARROW. In order to feel the neck massage I had to remove the pillow. The space between the shoulder air bags is only about 14" and was way too narrow for me, I felt crushed and could not breathe. Even with the width adjustment on shoulders, it is still way too small. I could not insert my arms in the arm pockets due to having to operate the remote plus there was no room since I was squashed in. The butt area is also very narrow about 22" between the air bags. I did manage to squeeze in but so uncomfortable. The feet massager worked well but you have to constantly push it out since I am tall and my knees hung over the seating area about 2". So I could not enjoy the massage due to the constant pushing of the foot part. Upon going to the 360 degree angle, I thought I was going to go backwards so I quickly hit the down button before it took off. All in all all functions worked as they should, but the chair is definitely too narrow and too small. I am returning it. I do not recommend this for heavy tall individuals.

This Product is exactly as I expected. Everyone loves it at home. The delivery was much quicker than what was shown online. (Within 7 days).
Very happy overall.
Installation was super easy (came in 2 pieces, leg rest and the body) Its heavy so would need 2 people atleast (or a dolly) to move it into the house.

We are SO IMPRESSED with this chair, it comes in two boxes, Set up is very simple but the manual was so wordy I much preferred the YouTube video on set up. Over all, excellent quality, super therapeutic massage. I spent many hours learning what this chair can do and how to make it my dream chair. The answer is simple learn the controls. Before you purchase the Osaki OS-4000LS make sure you have someone that can help you bring it into the house and that it will fit thru your doorway (it barely fit for me and it was a pain), the delivery service will only bring it to your front door or garage. The chair comes in two boxes, the foot rest and the chair itself. Assembling it was fairly simple and you can always YouTube the instructions. Now onto my review of the chair; my wife and I have been looking for a massage chair to help us relieve some stress after work and this chair definitely does the job. The chair has 6 pre-programmed and 4 manual massage modes. There is also a timer which can be set for 5-30 minutes. I mainly use the manual mode and adjust it to my liking while my wife uses the pre-programmed modes (usually the relax mode). The chair massages from the back of my neck all the way down to my butt (my wife laughs when it does) and the foot rollers works wonders on the soles of the feet. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and will definitely recommend it.

Cant wait to get home everyday to relax
Definitely one of those impulse buys that I am so thankful I made. I have been pondering it for a couple years, and finally pulled the plug, and have never looked back. I have had it for about a month now. It wa a little difficult to get into the house (super disappointed with the delivery service). Had to take off a few doors, so be prepared.... but once in the room it has been awesome. The shoulders were a little tight at first, but once you get used to it they need to be tight for maximum pressure. The leg compressions are strong and really help to stretch the muscles. I actually like the stretch mode and it does stretch your muscles in ways that you wouldn't naturally stretch. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Assembly and Delivery:
- It comes fully assembled except for the footrest which was easy to assemble.I could it move from the curbside inside with the help of my wife. It is not too difficult but requires two people.
Massage
The pre-programmed massages are limited in scope but helps get a good sense of what can be done with the massager. I wish there were more pre-programs but not a big deal breaker.
Overall impression:
Very satisfied and will definitely recommend it. It is on par with the most of the $3000+ massagers at Costco.
