It is what it is

This chair features several massage choices. I have sciatica and the Yoga and Hip and Butt selections provide a bit of relief. The heating and zero gravity features are not the best. I have been left stuck in a reclining position after a few sessions thankfully I was able to turn the chair on and lower the chair manually by using the remote. The feet rollers are wonderful and do a good job with reflexology. This chair is a compromise between an inexpensive chair and a therapeutic chair.
