Q:Can I safely burn these towels?

Answer This Question

A:  The recommended disposal method for used Sellars’ Shop Towels is by landfill. We do not recommend burning as a normal method of disposal for used Sellars Shop Towels. Sellars’ Shop Towels Products are made with cellulose (wood) fibers and a small amount of food-contact safe adhesive that when burned will generate carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and other gases.

            Great for many things. Cleaning. COVID mask filters. I use for cleaning up guns. Also, for cleaning up large spills, very absorbent and will not fall apart. I also use these working on the cars. Many uses, great towels, lasts a very long time as you don’t need alot of them at one time.
