Hello MK, Most likely yes, but there are exceptions. You will need to make sure that your toilet is compatible with the WASHLET in terms of dimensions. To be sure please take a look at the fit chart provided in the information on the page. The WASHLET will attach to your toilet with a mounting bracket that is installed just like a regular seat. Check to make sure there is ample space under the seat mount area and that there is nothing to interfere with the hardware (such as proprietary features). There is also an adapter tee that connects to the fill valve of your tank. As long as you have access to the fill valve, you'll be able to connect the tee. Please take a look at the installation diagram in the information on the page. Hello John, The WASHLET requires a 120V GFCI outlet. The outlet should be within reach of the 3.9 foot power cord that originates on the back left-hand side of the unit when facing the toilet. Hello Michael, TOTO does not currently offer extended warranty on WASHLETS. We do offer repair beyond the warranty period. Repair costs vary depending on the issue and condition of the WASHLET. Hello IwannaToto, Most code requires that a toilet be 15 inches from center to any wall. If your toilet has been installed to this code, there will be no issue in the WASHLET operation.
