Hello Jim, It appears that the information has been temporarily disabled. The S550e will fit most toilets of standard design. Please ensure that the seat mount holes are 5-1/2 inches apart center-to-center, and that there is at least 2 inches of space between the seat mount holes and the tank. This model is an elongated version, so please make sure your toilet is elongated (18-1/2 inches from the center of the seat mount holes to the front of the bowl. The WASHLET will attach to your toilet with a mounting bracket that is installed just like a regular seat. Check to make sure there is ample space under the seat mount area and that there is nothing to interfere with the hardware (such as proprietary features). There is also an adapter tee that connects to the fill valve of your tank. As long as you have access to the fill valve, you'll be able to connect the tee. You can also get a hose extension (THU9090R or 9AU321-A) that will help with the connection if your toilet has reduced space. Hello John, The WASHLET requires a 120V GFCI outlet. The outlet should be within reach of the 3.9 foot power cord that originates on the back left-hand side of the unit when facing the toilet. Hello Val, Yes. You can install this WASHLET onto the wall-hung toilet. You will need to be able to supply water to the WASHLET. The TOTO in-wall tank has a port at the bottom left-hand side of the carrier. This port will need to be exposed to route water to the unit.
