Utility Pouch, Black

These ToughBuilt toolbelt items are great. I have the belt and a few pouches to go with it. This TB-30 Utility Pouch doesn't have that quick on/off mechanism that the larger tool pouches have. Just a simple metal belt clip that will clip on and off your normal belt or your work belt. These pouches are very well constructed out of quality material. The TB-30 is a nice addition to get a few tools on your normal belt or a few more tools on your tool belt. Good for specialty tools that you might not need all the time. One big plastic lined pocket for a utility knife. Two side loops for larger screwdrivers, 2 loops behind the knife pocket for medium sized screwdrivers or pencil plus a tape measure clip. The utility knife pocket also accommodates lineman's pliers nicely. Add a pencil, a screwdriver on each side loop. There's a little grommeted hole on the front that you can use some string or zip ties to make a little loop to hold electrical tape and you have a small belt pouch that can handle most small electrical work around the house.

Good size, made well and looks good. This is a nice pouch; it's big enough to hold quite a few items, but isn't bulky when you wear it. It's easy to move items in and out of the pockets (they aren't too snug). The clip is strong and holds onto the waistband securely. It has 2 small slots on each side that can hold a pencil size item and multiple pockets in the front. It's very handy when you don't need a large utility belt. A good value for the size and I would recommend it.

Small, convenient, carries small tools I like this utility pouch because it's small and does not get in my way while I'm working. It has five or six carry spots / slots, plus the metal clip for a tape measure. The tape measure holder is probably my favorite thing. I hate having to try and shove my tape onto my belt or the waistband of my pants while I'm lifting my shirt to get to it and the belt is moving...etc, etc. I can shove my tape right into the tape holder on the outside of this pouch and it's done. The large pocket in the middle - still not very large - is plastic lined, so that you can put a utility knife in it and not cut through the material of the pouch. I carry a folding utility knife, so the pocket works great for a pair of pliers. I generally carry my tape measure, a pair of pliers, a pen and pencil and maybe a screwdriver. That's it. This pouch is perfect for such and doesn't bang against my leg, like other, larger pouches.

I do maintenance work and always have a 15-in-one screwdriver and pliers in my back pocket at all times. I hardly notice them until I forget they're there and plop down into a chair. I had been wanting a better way to carry them around, hands-free, but a full tool belt was overkill. When I read the description of the Toughbuilt Utility Knife Pouch it seemed to be exactly what I needed. The clip allows me to quickly and easily attach it to and remove it from my belt. No need to remove my belt to weave it through. It is just big enough to allow me to pack a few frequently used tools; screwdriver, pliers, pencil, tape measure. The material is very thick and feels very durable. It will probably outlast the 30 years until I retire. When I am done for the day I can easily place the whole thing, tools and all, in my desk drawer or clipped onto my tool bag, so it is ready to go the next day. If you are looking for a way to carry a few essential items with you this pouch is the way to go.

This tool pouch is put together well with heavy duty material. The belt clip snaps on my belt very easily and also comes off without much effort which is good because many items that I have with metal belt clips are very difficult to remove. I was first disappointed in the tool capacity of this but then realized that it is only supposed to hold a few basic items and this is perfect for that. It holds my 6" channel locks, my phillips and slotted screwdrivers, and few other small specialty tools that I need in my job. It has a tape measure clip holder that I will probably not use for my daily routine but it's good to know it's there. I keep this small pouch in the side pocket of my large tool bag so that I can grab it and go for the quick fixes. Overall, this is a good quality tool pouch for the minimalist.

What a great addition to my ToughBuilt tool belt setup, I already have 2 drill holsters, a metal buckle belt and a plastic clip belt and 4 pouches so this makes pouch number 5. All my other pouches are big pouches so this will be nice to have when I only need to pack a couple tools to a job. Being so small it does not use the cliptech system but rather a metal hanger which will hook nicely to your ToughBuilt tool belt, your regular belt or even just your pants. It has a metal hanger that you can attach a tape measure to an interior pocket sized to hold a utility knife, although you can put other things in it as well, 2 smaller pockets which can hold markers, pens or pencils or screwdrivers, I was even able to fit my combo needle nose wire strippers into one of them facing down. then on the sides there are 2 loops that go all the way thru that can hold screwdrivers, scissors, pliers by one handle and many other things. I was amazed at how many things I was able to pack into this little pouch, it should hold more than enough for me to handle small jobs. I will post some pics so you can see just how much I was able to pack into this one little pouch! Also as always this lives up to the high quality of the ToughBuilt name and is built very well with tough high quality materials and should last a long time. I would definitely recommend this as an add on to your ToughBuilt tool belt system or just as a pouch to use by itself, either way it will work great!
