      A:  Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. Unfortunately, no. However, all TracFone customers upgrade from a feature phone to Smartphone will get the Triple Minute benefit on Basic Phone Plans as a promotion for upgrading to a new Smartphone. Smartphone Plans and Classic Service Plans will not triple the minutes. Also, as a reminder, Smartphones have separate buckets of units for voice calls, text messaging and data usage. Voice calls are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per minute. Text messages are charged at the rate of one (1) unit per text. Data is charged based on actual usage. Thank you.
