Handy Versatile Tool
Have used other bucket hooks that aren't as versatile as this. Built in screwdriver, a large loop for carrying and placing a rag into and a swivel hook that also has a built-in clasp so the handle of the paint can doesn't accidentally slip out. Will hold a gallon of paint safely.

No more coat hangers!
I admit it, I’ve always used a coat hanger for this. But for just a few bucks, this is really better. It really is an improvement. Let me give 3 reasons why: 1) Sturdy, no unexpected flex like a coat hanger. Made of heavy gauge metal. 2) Hinge and swivel joints in the design. There are multiple places that the hook hinges. When you bump your bucket, the hinges absorb the movement instead of spilling or having the bucket fall. 3) Unique secure clip for bucket handle. See photo. Once you clip your bucket on, it is on. The clip is easy to work with just one hand. Very intuitive. The screw driver, lid opener and rag hold are OK but I probably won’t use them unless I’m in a pinch. See photo for details of how those are incorporated into the design. Very interesting if nothing else that these little added elements are integrated. In the end, I think the hook alone is worth the price.

The hook worked just like I had hoped. I was...
The hook worked just like I had hoped. I was able to securely attach the can of paint to the hook and carry it up the ladder, hook it in place. Using the hook enabled me to keep a hand free to hold on to the ladder. I taped a magnet to the side of the paint brush so it wouldn't sink to the bottom of my paint can when I needed to put the paint brush down. I'm really glad I purchased this item and I would recommend it.

Great design!!!
This design is so much better than the standard in store paint can hook! The holding loop makes the job easier and faster and the latch hooks are also easier to use.

    The Best Tool Ever
WOW! I wish I had this years ago - I'll never let it go now! I recommend it for anyone who uses tools or paints while on a ladder. While on a ladder it is near impossible to balance a can of paint, rag, tools, etc. The. 4 in 1 bucket tool can hold your paint can along with a rag. It also is a screwdriver and can opener. When doing other chores using a ladder it can hold a bucket for tools. It is solid and the swivel hook has a strong hold to keep it in place.

    Handy Hook for paint time
This SuperTuff 4-in-1 Bucket Hook makes for a handy way to keep your paint can at the ready while working on a ladder, and the easy-lift loop is a nifty way to move and carry the paint, as well as hold a rag. The swivel is what appealed to me most, as it allows a can of paint to remain level, regardless of how and where you hang it. The "screwdriver" and "can opener" features are nice in a pinch, but not the best choice for either task. And I have to admit-- other than hanging the hook itself on the round rung of an extension ladder, trying to get the hook to secure around the leg of a stepladder (like in the illustration on the package) is impossible. The hook itself simply isn't big enough to reach completely around a ladder leg. And I for one am not comfortable relying on the weight of the can providing the force to keep the hook from getting bumped off. I'd be more satisfied if SuperTuff ditched the screwdriver & opener features and simply enlarged the hook itself, so you could feel confident it (and the can) would stay in place. A tepid recommendation.
