6 ft. W x 24 in. D Adjustable Height Workbench

I received and assembled this workbench last week. It went together easily, and I did it alone. The top is 1 1/2 in thick, and nicely-finished, so the unit is quite heavy. It is well-built and sturdy, so it looks like it will be a lifetime investment. The height is adjustable from 34 in. to 40 in., in two inch increments, and you will want to have a 13mm socket for the assembly. I purchased this to have a nice, high bench to work on electronic components, and this looks like it will do the trick! I am very pleased.

This is a very solid, well built workbench. It's just the right size to fit in your workshop, and big enough to handle most jobs. The table top is strong, it will provide you with years of good wear. The adjustable legs are great to allow any height you prefer to work at. The feet levelers are great to keep the workbench from wobbling while working on. This is a good looking, well made work bench. I would recommend this product.

This is a study, attractive wood topped work bench that will serve your shop or garage well. The unit assembles easily with bolts and screws, and comes with a convenient wrench. First assemble the black painted metal base. Each base end unit has two adjustable depth legs. They come set at the lowest level and I would leave them there, as you don’t want the bench to be too high. There are adjustable foot pads installed for any levelling or adjustments for placing the bench on a slightly uneven surface. There is also an option to install wheels, but none come with the unit. The two end units are joined by two top braces and a backside middle brace, with two bolts on each connection point. Do not fully tighten the twelve bolts until the top is installed. Follow the directions and lay to top upside down on the cardboard packaging. Then flip the base over and lay it on wood top. Add each screw with washer in the pre-drilled holes to attach the base to the top, and when finished, tighten all the bolts on the work bench base. Do not try to assemble with the top upright, it is much, much easier to do as directed. Overall, about 30 minutes to assemble, and you will need a helper to flip the unit back upright after assembly. The wood top is 1 ½ inch thick, and the bench provides a rock solid work surface. The metal base is open allowing storage underneath the six by two foot opening. Overall a very attractive work bench. Dimensions are six foot by two foot top with height adjusting from 34 to 42 inches. Bench is rated at 2000 pound capacity.

The workbench is nice and sturdy. It's the second one I have purchased (the first about three years ago). However, there is a difference in the wood top from the first bench and this second bench. The wood used in the first bench takes a beating with no apparent scratches or dents. The wood in this second bench was dented within a day and it appears to flake a little of the coating (urethane?) on the top. I'll still use it but am not happy with the quality difference.

Easy to assemble, solid, heavy, and good looking. When I set it to its highest height, comfortable for me, it seemed it could become a bit tippy so I rigged a bracket to secure it against a wall stud. Mounted a 4 inch vise easily.

Really sturdy and durable. I really like the table. The only reason I'm taking a star off is that it came with a chip in the side.
