If my ro width is 57" will a 60" door width work?
Asked by: Gail
If you don't mind having the sliding doors to overlap few more inches then you can cut the rail by 2" where the doors hang from, then it will fit. By doing this the outside sliding door will look wider than the one in the back after installation.

Customer Reviews

48 in. x 80.50 in. 2010 Series Off White 1 Lite Composite Universal Grand Sliding Door is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 74.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent doors; things you should know First, I'll start with the positive: These doors are absolutely fantastic. They transformed the appearance of our living room. The coat closet went from eyesore to W Hotel. We love these doors. Now the stuff you should know about installing them (I wish someone would have told me this before I started): The instructions are IKEA-style, meaning all drawings and no words. Frankly, I would have appreciated some words. Second, you'll have to screw the roller mechanism into the door. The catch is, the manufacturer did not make pilot holes, so you'll have to carefully drill them. The screws it comes with are really cheap, too. I broke two of them trying to screw them into the door. I recommend either screwing them in delicately, or buying better screws. Once all that is out of the way, they go up pretty easily. Plan for a couple of hours of work, more if you're demoing some old doors and need to do some drywall repairs. I hope this helps!

The floor guide is really cheap quality and quite an eye sore . I used a different type that was all plastic and smaller.2. The rollers are quite small , I wonder if they were bigger they’d roll smoother IDK.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Door But Throw All the Fasteners Away These doors look great once installed. I read the other review and noted the comments about the screws and drilled pilot holes only to find the screws that attach the rollers to the doors snapped at the heads even though I was being careful. The screws that fasten the top piece actually bent. These doors are heavy and solid. How anyone thought the included scews would hold anything is beyond me. My advise.... if you buy these doors, throw all the screws away and I mean all of them. get some screws for fastening into hard board and go without the pilot holes. For the top screws, some 2 and 1/2 inch counter sinks will more than do the trick Without any issues with screws, these can be installed in an hour or less and look great once installed
