My Lawn Looks Like a Pro Cut It
I have cut the grass three times and don't mind cutting it with this mower. It took a little getting used to use too. But, after the first time, it became easy afterward. It is the best lawnmower I have ever owned.

Love this machine BUT . . . .
I will begin by saying that I love this mower and would buy it again in a heart beat. BUT I am having the worst time with customer service. I broke a part on this machine and am trying to get a hold of someone to get the part. 4 emails and NO ANSWER over 2 days. This is unacceptable! I am really hoping I can get some answers and the part replaced.

Solid Machine Worth a Look
Arrived today. Mower is just big enough to shirk a toy-like image. Mowed my 2.5 acre lot with power to spare. Cut is excellent. Not tolerant of leaning/side slopes; conversely, it easily takes hills straight up and down. Easy to maintain.

Fast with battery life to spare. Great looking manicured lawn, with amazing integrated grass collection, large capacity, and easy to empty. I took a chance on a lesser known brand and am delighted I did.

Have had 3 months, yesterday skimped a piece of wood and one of blades stop turning, tried for 2 days to contact the company support without success, called Home Depot, had to demand a supervisor before they agreed to return and send a new mower, stay away from Turf One or Weibang

I have only had this mower for a week and have used it twice. Will review again after some time. The cutting power seems adequate, and the collection system works well. The battery is delivering more than enough power to cut my third of an acre, with plenty to spare.
Mower stopped once for an unknown reason. I had to switch it off and on again, after which it ran normally. Also, beware there is a button on the back of mower that needs to be depressed for the blades to operate. It is depressed by the grass catcher, and if the catcher is not properly locked into place, the blades will not operate.

JUST ORDERED ONLINE - NEW MODEL RELEASED 03/2020 - WILL UPDATE
Did a lot of research. Chose this unit because: 1) The manufacturer has a solid reputation and has specialized in gas-powered mowers and turf equipment. 2) Lithium Ion batteries have been around for over 15 years and are light and dependable. 3) Contacted their headquarters in Illinois and received friendly and helpful answers to my specific questions.
Forced to enter ratings to post - hence 3 star ratings for values I can't yet evaluate. I'll update my review with initial impressions; and will try to post again next Spring after storing through our Michigan Winter.
