I'm not sure. I have not used for a roof. i have used on basement insulation floor. works very well there.
This tape is designed for insulating air infiltration and not painting. Painters tape will be much cheaper and design to come off
no idea, the OSB board might suck the adhesive oas its very dry material,, i would think the standard 3M tape would do as well
REsin?? what are you trying to do?
Hi, Brad! Thanks for your question about DuPont™ Tyvek® Tape. We'd like to put you in touch with your area building specialist, so please call the DuPont Contact Center at 800-448-9835 for further assistance.
This is designed to seal seams for Ext homewraps. It was not meant to be exposed to the weather for any length of time. Your better choice would have been duck tape and roofing nails to secure perimeter
Yes you can.
Yes it will.
This tape might be among the stickiest out there due to its intended use. It's intended for exposure to the elements to seal gaps and seams for housewrap. I've had it seal house wrap to brick siding before I finished my siding jobs, and even after tearing it off the brick, parts of the tape remain. It will stick to almost anything, adn that includes plastic.
