Good quality product
Great build and finish on this product but the only thing is it does not come with spare cams to support multiple types of motorist logs this came with a very small tiny cam and unfortunately that was not compatible with my door lock The one in the stores came with a spare cam to expand its compatibility so they are missing out on that part The only reason I bought this was because this came in a different keyway than the one sold in the store..

Important: you need to have the right cam and the right length of the cylinder in order for the lock to operate correctly. In this case, the cam I needed for my lockset did not fit this mortise cylinder, so I have to return it.
