Bought these in 2 3/4 inch to attach a 2 x4 to my concrete garage floor. I even predrilled holes in the concrete so they would go in easier. I tried securing 6 tapcon screws and all 6 twisted off leaving metal sticking out of the floor. Had to wreck my concrete to get the broken screws out and then fill the damaged areas with concrete patck. THANKS TAPCON.

This one had a drill bit and the screws held tight in the concrete. Make sure you have a good hammer drill to drill and screw them in. This box of anchors made my install easy.
