These fasteners are absolute garbage.
I bought the install kit to go with these but I’ll be returning both. 3/5 snapped halfway in. Complete waste.

Secured- Air Drain System
I needed drill bits and screws to be secured to pavers drilling through a plastic air drain system for my artificial lawn turf project, SL Synthetic Lawn Turf.
To note:
I secured over 200 screws using no more than two bits from this product. It worked out very well.

Great for tv mount
Very strong screws. Used them to mount motion tv mount to wall. Very strong and could hold my weight.

was looking for an easier alternative from Concrete anchors (such as Red Head, etc). These screws work pretty well for the most part, as long as you can get at least 3/4" of the screw into the concrete (must use a carbide tip drill bit first via a hammer drill). Use the same hammer drill to attach the screw.
Secured 2x4's and 1x4's to an old concrete stoop with a bit of effort. The hammer drill is a must.

I have used these over the years and the only failure I have ever had is with poor quality concrete blocks.
Often, I have used an anchor cement such as liquid nails to fill the holes and ribs of the Tapcon anchors. It really gives it an extra layer of protection from pulling out.

I’ve tried several Tapcon products over the years, and have always been satisfied. These were no different. I used these to attach a 2x4 to a concrete block wall, which is holding tight.
