Hi, thank you so much for your feedback, and we apologize for you having such a bad experience with our product. Have you tried some oil, like peanut oil as a coat on the bottom of the pot to keep the rice from sticking? And please remove the pot from the heat right after it's done cooking for it to cool, and then you can scoop the rice out. This way you give the rice time to separate from the pot, and it should limit the wastage. We hope this helped. Thank you again for your comment! Please feel free to contact us anytime.
