Outdoor 3-Tier Glazed Cascade Pots Fountain in Gradient Red

Purchased this fountain on 5/2/22, set it up and it ran beautifully for 2 months. Then the top tier of lights failed. We checked all the light connections and they are secure. Emailed the company at the address provided in the Home Depot product description and have not had a response from them. The 90 day warranty expires in less than 3 weeks. I really like the fountain and will be happy to raise my rating to 5 stars if the company steps up and fixes their product. Otherwise, I'd tell you to spend your money on a different fountain. Photo taken today during daylight hours but even in daylight you can see that the top tier of lights isn't working.

Simply lovely! Our first experience with a portable water-feature. It’s finished to look like real ceramic (it’s not, it's much lighter weight); adds the peaceful sound of falling water and has a lovely evening presentation with yellow LED lights. What you’ll need for the application. A surface that can tolerate some splashing water (minimal, but happens); proximity to an electric outlet; a method of hiding the cord. You’ll have to be able to turn to see into the large access hole in the back to check the water level. Best way to refill is through the top terrace. I would have preferred a closed system with a water-level indicator, but this works. In our case, this fountain sits atop our screen-porch gas fireplace (we wouldn’t be able to keep the dog out of it on ground level). Adds a delightful sound, a lovely focal point and keeps the nearby succulents happy with a little extra spritzing! Arrived unscathed and securely packaged. There’s minimal assembly (the guide is available in pdf and linked on homedepot.com). We found the plastic tube a bit long, so the pump was a little awkward to place. We added a small pad to one side of the bottom of the pot to prevent spillage over the middle tier.

This is an attractive water feature. It includes a pump and LED lights for each of the three tiers. There is a hole in the back to insert the pump which comes in a separate little box. All you have to do is connect the pump line and the three LED wires, fill it with water, plug it in and enjoy it. I had mine going for several days in the heat and it either splashed out some of the water or it evaporated away. Either way, I had to refill it after a few days. The LED lights are yellow in color which is easy on the eyes at night. The water splashing into the little pools in each of the two lower tiers is very soothing. The color of the fountain is a dark red. Overall, I am happy with this fountain as it looks good, makes nice water background noise and adds ambiance to the yard.

We love the sound of the water cascading through the tiered pots. It is very relaxing and adds a finishing touch to the fire pit seating area on our rustic porch where we often relax with a drink at the end of the day. At night, the LED lights that are built into the top of each pot add a soothing soft light to accompany the sound of the flowing water. The pots are made of lightweight epoxy resin and are finished in a dark red with shades and flecks of black to create variation. The fountain is very easy to assemble and involves connecting three waterproof fittings to power the LED lights and attaching the pump to a tube that carries water into the upper pot. The light fittings are attached to the water pump so there is only one mains power cord to plug in. Once this is done, you fill the pots with about 3 ½ gallons of distilled or filtered water to just under the fill hole and then switch the pump on. The hole on the rear of the largest pot is plenty large enough for a 1 cup jug to fit inside without spilling the water everywhere when you are filling it or maintaining the water level. Even though the fountain is made from a durable composite epoxy style material, it is best to put it in the location where you want it before you fill it up since once the water is added, it weighs 40+lbs. The pump has an adjuster on it to control the water flow and we found that it provided the best effect when it is set about a quarter of the way between the low and high settings. In our case, we added some small stone and glass pebbles to help manage the splashing from the water into the lowest pot so that we can keep as much water in the fountain so we don’t have to fill it as often. In terms of maintenance, the manufacturer recommends monthly cleaning to prevent mineral deposits which can clog the pump and you can also use pool/spa type additives that prevent mineral build up (but not bleach). If you plan on locating the fountain near trees where leaves etc. can get into it, the pump has a filter which is removable and needs to be kept clean to prevent damage to the pump. The manufacturer also recommends using the pump with water temperatures less than 86/30 degrees and draining the fountain and removing the pump for indoor storage to prevent frost damage during the winter. If the fountain is damaged, cracks can be repaired with epoxy filler or a flexible paint on sealer. The fountain is made in China and comes with a 30 day manufacturer warranty on the pots and the pump.

Beautiful outdoor fountain compliments any style decor, from vintage to ultra modern! I love the rich red to dark fade on each vase. Very well done, looks like real glazed pottery but this is more durable. This is super easy to set up, the fountain itself is one large sturdy piece. just unbox it, plug the lights into the pump, push the hose into the pump and fill it with about 2 gallons of water. That's it! Plug it in and it takes over for itself. No tools needed! This fountain would look good on a deck, porch, patio, even a small table to raise it up a bit. Covered area or in the sun, it looks great anywhere. About 22 inches tall and 16 inches wide it fits anywhere too. The sound is lovely, you have three total streams pouring between the three bowls and on the top tier where the water comes from the reservoir it bubbles up gently and gives a cool ripple effect to the top bowl of water. Each bowl is lit with multiple yellow LEDs and it looks like candle light as the water makes them ripple and flicker. A very very attractive fountain for background noise, but not so loud that you'll be bugged by it. You can easily talk over it. Highly recommended!

It surpassed my expectations..so much so I purchased another..one for my front area and one for my patio area.

We love it! Easy to put to put together and looks spectacular at night? Plus it came a week earlier than expected. Just in time for my husband's birthday! Highly recommended!
