Q:Can u use it indoor

A: Typically, mine is used in a built-in location with full exhaust hood. However, I did use it the firsr couple of times with no exhaust fan, and saw only a few minor wisps of smoke; it should work fine indoors.

A: not sure but is is very well priced and 1/2 the price of similar indoor grills, I use this grill under the hood of the stove because it is not smokeless per say,

Based on prior experience with electric grills, I didn’t have high expectations regarding smokeless operation, cooking time, and ease of cleaning. I rated it a 5 based on performance exceeding expectations in those areas of concern. The grill is capable of over cooking and drying out (especially thin cuts of) meats. You may need to optimize your own cook times by trial and error. It could be the fault of electrical infrared heat, but meat results tend to be rather bland, and I have begun pre-seasoning meats I never used to. It does the job it was intended to do: Provide a means of grilling food indoors on snowy winter days or rainy summer days.
