A: Not always. Ours has been through a few rain showers and still will not come off. It is this exact brand. Be careful. I thought I was giving the kids a cheap and fun weekend activity... didn't realize it might be permanent and we might have a real issue fully removing it. The color fades but it is still a white residue that is very visible.
