The robe was very cheap material. I returned it via mail according to instructions on the shipping bag. Never received a refund or a response from Home Depot. BEWARE- do not buy this unless you’re absolutely sure you want to keep it. I’m now out the money AND the robe. So extremely disappointed in Home Depot.

Poorly made, not worth the $
I always thought the Company Store meant quality. It does, sometimes, just not with this bathrobe. Like many other purchasers I found that the robe unraveled with pulls and tears in just a couple of weeks. It nearly immediately looked worse than robes I had thrown out!
I went to post this at The Company Store page, and the review was rejected because I hadn't purchased from them. Is the Home Depot robe some kind of second? It came with a Home Depot receipt in a Company Store bag.
