Cheap towel material
I'm surprised given the reviews. Poor quality, close your eyes, touch the robe/feel the weight and it is a rough cheap thin bath towel. The red color is nice and bright but again it is moot as it looks like a big shaggy worn out rag. The terry is rough and the loops not tight so it looks ratty brand new. Mine is also covered in threads, the tie has 30? threads sticking out alone.

Great robe, but wont last
Great robe, comfy, heavy, warm (but not too warm). However after 2 washes (on cold and delicate cycle) one of the belt loops broke - really makes me question how long this robe will last. It already seems to be piling already as well. I really want to like it, but so far its not holding up in durability.

This is a great product. Classic cut and fit with a good thickness of pure cotton. Laundered nicely, yes, lint trap was full, that is normal on 100% cotton. This robe is very nice, I would say gift quality.
