Just wanted to write a review on how i use the3/4" black and galvanized pipe. Its a little different than normal. I use them as clamps. By adding clamp heads i can have a very strong clamp of different sizes for the project i am working on. And by adding a union the size can be as big as i need. The quality is very good and strong. They stay straight even under clamp pressure. I added a short video to show i add the clamp heads. You can use the galvanized pipe too.

Let me start by saying I am not a plumber or an electrician and don’t know much about either one....
Let me start by saying I am not a plumber or an electrician and don’t know much about either one. However, for Christmas I received a pipe clamp to use in my woodworking projects. I selected this pipe for that purpose.
This pipe measures a full 38 inches but that includes about an inch of threading on each end. The three-quarter inch measurement actually refers to the inside of the pipe and not the outside so take this into consideration for whatever project you may be using this for.
For my purposes, this pipe works perfectly. And I also liked that it was not coated with any kind of oily film that need to be cleaned off prior to using like some pipes are.
Other than that, what can I say, it’s a pipe. :)

I used this pipe to make woodworker's pipe clamps. Home Depot carries Bessey H-style pipe clamp fixtures which use various lengths of pipe to make different length clamps. The pipe comes with plastic caps on the threaded ends to protect the threads and is covered with shrink wrap (with multiple wraps on the ends for extra protection for the threads) for protection in shipping. They are available in several different lengths to assemble pipe clamps in several sizes.
