When sealing stone floor of shower will this product still work if I get sealer down the sides of the stone where the grout will be?
Yes, the epoxy grout will still be able to adhere to the sides of the tile that has been sealed.
Can you use this over a shower stall floor that has a pebble floor installed with an epoxy type grout or does it need to be removed?
Starlike EVO Epoxy grout can be applied over old grout so long as enough room is cleared for it to comfortably nestle in and bond with the tile sides and the bottom of the grout line. Typically, you need to clear 2 to 3 mm of depth clear from side to side for good results. Also be mindful of the maximum gaps allowed between the pebbles, about ½” to 9/16”. If the old grout is epoxy, it can be softened with a heat gun and removed with a grout rake or grout saw.
Can i use this on glass and metal

We are having issues with the grout sticking to the tile and we are loosing too much product. Should we be applying anything to the tile before applying grout?
For most types of ceramic and porcelain tile, there is no need to apply anything as a ‘grout release’ to the glazed tile when using Litokol Starlike EVO Epoxy Grouts. Since the grout is water-only cleanup, the excess is quite easily removed using a white scrub pad and a Sweepex sponge. You can reduce the amount of excess grout left on a tile face by using the proper green rubber epoxy float to key in and cut off the grout during installation. Also, if your tile is a natural stone material, it is always recommended to seal the tile before grouting to prevent the grout from striking on the naturally large pores found on most natural stone materials.
Should we add a sealer to this product?
Starlike EVO Epoxy Grouts never need sealing, unlike most cement-based grouts. However, if you are grouting a natural stone tile, it is advisable to seal the stone before grouting, preferably even before setting.
Can you clean out grout lines and put this down on existing porcelain tile grout?
Yes, you can completely clean out your grout lines and apply fresh grout. However, in the case of Starlike EVO epoxy grout, you need only clear out 2mm worth of depth, clear of all dust, debris and moisture, from side to side, in order to create a sufficient pocket to accommodate the fresh epoxy grout.
How many square feet does 1bucket cover?
The amount of grout needed depends on the dimensions of the tile being grouted. The amount of grout needed can be calculated by using the Tile Doctor Starlike Grout Calculator (http://tiledoctor.com/resources/grout-calculator/) or the Litokol Calculation of Consumption Tools (https://www.litokol.it/en/content/5-tools).
