Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a disappointment! These roses were for Valentines Day. On arrival, one rose was completely destroyed and few others were not in a good shape. Prepped roses and water as directed, with roses cut and food added to the water, the next day few roses started to die (those that weren't in a good shape from the arrival) a day later more roses started to die, and 3 days into it, it was obvious that the 7-day freshness guarantee was a joke. My wife insisted that I should take pictures and document this in order to get a refund, she was really disappointed. I did take pictures, day 1, 2 and 3 (included with review), but wasn't in the mood to call and argue with anyone, so I just wrote this off in a "lesson learned" category, until I got a friendly reminder to write a review about my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very nice roses the roses were one of best quality roses I've purchase.bought them for valentines for my wife,she loved them.arrived in good condition with each rose having it own vile of water,roses lasted around 8 days.had them shipped to her job and everyone loved them,they could believe they were ordered through home depot.the only bad thing is that the ship date was wrong i wanted them delivered 2 days before valentines so that my wife could enjoy at work before weekend .but in description of product it said to be shipped overnight and delivered only on 2/13/15.wish they would ship when i needed them.I thought the price was a little high.
