the product details state it is for interior use only so would assume not. this is for radiant heat flooring, for permanent installation underneath floating laminate or tile flooring.
This product can only be installed under floating floors. There are floating tile options tile like SnapStone. The temperature question is hard to answer without knowing what you consider to be "hot enough".
