I need to cover an area that is 6' x 10'. It is possible to cut this in half and splice the wires together?

I'm looking for a way to heat a small RV and am thinking this is a viable option. I like the minimum power that uses and the variety of sizes. My RVs interior is 7.5' and the length of the living area is 10'. I don't need the heating to reach all the way to te exterior walls, which is why I am thinking 6' of width is good. Just need to know if this product can be cut and spliced.
Asked by: Polly
Sorry, but the size and shape of this mat can not be modified.
