AnswersYes. It takes led bulbs. It doesn't love some dimmer switches. Mine flickers every now and then even with premium led bulbs but it's a nice fixture. I have 2 and the one that's not on a dimmer never flickers.
Can I use dusk to dawn light bulbs?

AnswersI would guess that you need direct sunlight to make the Dusk to Dawn lights work, am I correct? If this is true, then you might be in trouble. This does not allow for direct light to enter the fixture. Therefore, I don't believe they Dusk to Dawn light bulbs would work. That's my $0.02 worth. Hope it helps. Good luck!

AnswersDo not use near salt water! Our house is 400 yards from the water under a 3ft overhang and this fixture rusted up very quickly. After 1 year you could see the rust from 20ft away....

Beautiful light fixture. Installed on our front porch in less than a half hour. Love the frosted glass shade. We used two Phillips 60W equivalent soft white LED bulbs and it gives plenty of light.

Great product! I purchased this light as my main kitchen light. My kitchen is rather small and boxed in so the fact that this light is round and is flushed makes the kitchen look bigger as well as the ceiling looking higher. The marble look looks sleek when the light is turned off during the day. During the night, as pictured, the light provides an abundance amount of light that is spread throughout the kitchen and into the other rooms. This light replaced a long rectangle florescent double light. When people walk though my kitchen, they wonder how the kitchen all of a sudden got bigger. Many people who have seen the light do not believe that it is marketed as an outdoor light. They see it as a unique light with class. I ended up ordering another one of these lights for a friend to use in their kitchen. Easy light to install.

Newport semi flush 2 light outdoor fixture
We purchased this to replace a fixture on our patio that we could use light bulbs with a standard base. Considering I'm not an experienced electrician, it did assemble and install fairly easily with my husbands supervision. Think it will be a two person job to replace lights as there are 4 screws to remove and the glass globe to take down.

Very nice looking light
This is a great looking light that went up pretty easily. It is really bright! We installed it in a covered porch area and it looks so nice with our new siding! We've only had it up for two days so far, but I really like it and I'm happy with this purchase. The only thing is that you have to take out 4 screws to change the bulbs; this is a change fro our old fixture where you just had to loosen one or two screws to get the globe off. But the nicer looking light is worth it.

Light needs a seal around the top. Within one minute...
Light needs a seal around the top. Within one minute of turning it on, bugs were already getting into the light and dying and landing on the bottom making the light look like crap at my front door. In a day and time like now, you would think someone would think to put a rubber seal around the glass included to prevent bugs from getting into the light area.
