We are generally satisfied with the quality of our new kitchen cabinets. They look really nice and completely changed the look of our space. One issue that we’ve discovered is that without drawer/cabinet knobs, some of the drawers in tight spaces are very difficult to open. I do prefer the sleek look, but I am constantly scraping my knuckles and fingertips trying to get leverage to open certain drawers. Thomasville, do you have any suggestions? Otherwise I am very pleased with the soft closure feature and I adore the two tier lazy susan that is finally allowing me to organize my plastic storage containers!

We installed a wet bar in the basement and went with these cabinets and we couldn’t be happier. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent, the mocha color really pops and we love the slow close cabinet doors.

We recently renovated our kitchen completely and the Thomasville cabinets we chose are terrific. The Bali and Dover color combination works very well and the cabinets themselves are of exceptional quality.

I’m so happy with my cabinets. I’d never remodeled before so I was nervous about the color and style, but my word I have a gorgeous kitchen if I do say so myself. I chose Bali for the island and Gray for the pantry area.. both look gorgeous together!

I chose Thomasville because of the large variety of cabinet materials and colors they offer. I love the alder wood because of the rustic appearance and the "Hawk" stain went perfect with my flooring. A few pieces from the original shipment had to be remade due to damage (in shipping & prior) causing a longer wait time. Also, because Alder has natural slashes and knots, a cabinet and a door had to be redone because the position of slashes on the edges of these pieces resulted in some very sharp and pointy surfaces. I feel the factory quality control should have caught these flaws (and a few others, related to stain results) before shipment. But once everything was corrected I was very happy.

Parts we missing for my custom island. Lower trim never came with the delivery. Contractor had to purchase trim to complete build. Also the pillars that assemble in all four counters were 1” taller than the rest of the cabinets. Contractor had to trim down as the counter top would have been sitting to high if installed as it came. Also took more than 6 months to deliver. Whole experience was sub par.

Cabinets are nice looking. Quality is ok. Paint is very dainty and scratches at the slightest touch. My carpenter had to actually add extensions to the tops of the cabinets so the crown molding could be tacked on. You would think this would not be the case. The Country sink we ordered also required heavy cutting and modification. All this info was known in advance. What’s the point in ordering to fit if it’s not going to constructed properly? This cost me more in labor because of this. I’m betting the reply will be this is standard. It shouldn’t be. Speaking of crown molding. The convex shape of the molding is also an issue. In a Perfect world the walls are perfectly straight. They are not. Why is the back convex? Thank god I have an amazing carpenter, with a lot of extra labor( sanding) and figuring we just made it with material and fit. The finished product was very nice but I certainly didn’t get my cabinets and material that was supposed to be special order.
