Beautifully built high quality wood. Lovely color. The glazing was a big mistake however and the salesperson said it should look consistently inconsistent. In other words the glazing looks like a child did it with a magic marker. Thomasville should STOP offering this since the store sample looks GREAT and the real doors/drawers are AWFUL.

The cabinets are great looking on the outside. They have some really nice features such as the lazy susan cabinet, double utensil tray drawer and sliding shelves. However the drawers are very narrow inside plus short in length so I wasn't able to put at least half of my things in them compared to my old cabinets. I lost a lot of storage space which is hard for me because I still cook at home. In the picture you can see how thick the sides are and narrow inside.

We remodeled our. 30 year old kitchen. Opened the kitchen and dining room to one larger area. My designer was phenomenal. She thought of every last detail. She understood my taste and my vision.

We redid our kitchen and we’re very thankful that the cabinets were great and fit beautifully! They are great quality and have been a huge delight every time we walk in. We’re still working on the floors but it looks so great so far! Thanks for the great product!

We were unhappy with the staining on the first set of cabinets that arrived and the painting as well! The staining was very poor and sloppy. We knew they were suppose to look old but not like this! Also we received two warped doors and two bad cabinets that had to be replaced! The quality of the cabinets are great but not the painting and staining

I'm renovating my entire first floor including the kitchen. My new kitchen consists of 10 base cabinets, 7 wall cabinets, 3 pantry cabinets and 1 stove hood. I purchased the Plaza style in Sterling. I really like the style of rails they use for rollout shelves and drawers and I think the shelves and drawers seem pretty sturdy. The look and color of the cabinets is also very nice. I have encountered several issues with the cabinets however. Some major issues and a few minor ones. The major issues are a very large crack along the face of one of the base cabinets, an incorrectly sized door on one of the pantry cabinets and very noticeable gaps on the sides of the pantry cabinets where the face frame is attached to the rest of the cabinet. There's also a dark area on one of the doors where it wasn't properly sanded before paint and one of the door mounting screws in missing from a pantry door (the hole was never even drilled). I feel like these cabinets may be relatively sturdy once the counter is attached but I'm not confident about it based on all these issues that never should've made it out of the shop.

We decided to update our kitchen from the original cabinets 30 years ago. There's no comparison! Our Thomasville cabinets are Cherry wood with a dark "Barrel" stain, which is very rich looking. The cabinets are very well built, sturdy & so beautiful--just like what you would expect from a Thomasville product. We are extremely pleased with the outcome!

I have done 3 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms with Thomasville and have spend over $150,000 dollars. Every time, I've run into issues with wrong doors, didn't send what was needed to finish the job. I'm still waiting for additional molding and glass clips. However, when we call the sales rep, they do respond quickly and send what is needed. The cabinets are beautiful and we love them. I just wish the process was easier.
