Tide pods are a fast and convenient way to clean my laundry. I found this product at the Home Depot and a coupon for $2.00 off. I only wish it were cheaper all of the time . It cleans my dirty work clothes much better than other detergents of comparable price .

I opened the package today to start a load of laundry and it was powder detergent inside NOT pods...
I opened the package today to start a load of laundry and it was powder detergent inside NOT pods clearly labeled on the container. I am baffled! How did this even happen! If this is the quality control, then I don't think I will be ordering more! Crazy! Pods are so expensive too!

I am a life long Tide user and have always used the powder form just like my mother. Funny how most people end up using the same detergent our parents did and Tide has been around a long time! However, my local Home Depot does not sell the powder form so I decided to try the pods. I like that they are premeasured, but I find that it takes about 3 of them to wash a large load of really dirty clothes well. The one pod is for small loads of lightly soiled clothes, so don't assume that the 81 counts means 81 loads! Although the premeasured pods are convenient for use in my new front load machine, I still prefer the Tide powder or even loose liquid to make sure my really dirty loads (I have a teenage son who plays sports) smell fresh and clean. If you don't have heavy loads or really dirty clothes, these pods are great!

Tide Pods make laundry easier by having a measured amount every time. No more spilling the soap. No more over application and having to run the laundry again. It gets clothes clean on the first load and has a pleasant smell. The price is also very competitive.
