          Quiet, easy to operate
          Used my model 21323 for 2nd time today, cut is good at 2 3/4 inches, battery life good ( I did my 3500sq ft lawn and even went over the lawn 2nd time to grab flower petals, had 2 bars left ). Easy to start, no issues pushing this around. two issues...there seems to be a gap between the clippings bag and the deflector and the plastic handle on the contrl bar would not stay in place.

              So far I’ve used mower one time and did a good job. It replace the Ryobi mower that I had for 5 months that quit working. The only complaint is with Home Depot in Brentwood TN. Their customer service is horrible and the wait times are inane. Need more management on the floor

                  Run out of battery
                  Cannot get my rear yard mowed when it is hot out, battery drains, Then it rakes a while to charge because the battery got too hot. Then the grass don't go in the catcher very good. Very frustrating. I am sorry I bought this. Real sore eye for Toro.

                        A capable mower that is great for the typical suburban lot. Our entire lot is around 200 feet deep and 100 feet wide (including house) so battery capacity is never an issue. The biggest issue preventing 5 stars is the bagging. There just isn’t enough force for all the grass to get into the bag and it’s design is flawed in that when detaching the bag to empty, grass falls out due to its angle (and that the grass isn’t thrown far enough back). As a result, the bag never fills to capacity.
