          Disapointment
          Owned 5 months, couldn't return. Had click from left rear, a squeal also developed. Removed wheels (both bolts loose) saw plastic around wheel bearing cracked. Reassembly noticed bent bolt. Local service replaced wheel and bolt, squeal still evident they acknowledged, said transmission not broke. At home I realized clicking still (didn't hear it over rocks the blade picked up while testing) If took the wheels off when I received it I would have saw the crack, bent bolt and promptly returned it.

            Very pleased with this mower although several small things are just freakin annoying on a product this nice. Adjusting the wheels is just a pia - disappointing. Mulching while very good is kinda disappointing even with the "performance" blade - won't touch very small twigs/branches. Very surprised it won't cut up small twigs. Mulching plug is just plain cheep and flimsy. Really love the self propelled adjustable speed - that is outstanding. And the battery durability for us even with the "performance" blade has been very good. Metal deck isn't heavy and seems like it will be very durable so very pleased with that. So pleased overall but there are annoying small and flimsy thing that are frustrating.

            Toro service is disappointing at best
            Toro service is incredibly disappointing. I thought I liked their mowers. However, according to the dealer my 3 year old mower that is supposed to have a 5 year warranty is not true statement. Trying to contact the company directly is impossible. So in essence they do not warranty their machines and do not care about the client once the machine is sold. This is very disappointing.

                  I had to return it. The handle bar was misaligned...
                  I had to return it. The handle bar was misaligned so mower leaned to the right and the two front wheels didn’t roll uniformly only one rolled at a time. I was very disappointed as Toro is usually a good reliable brand however they failed miserably with this mower. I would have given it no stars if that was an option

                  Stops Often for No Reason
                  After about 10 minutes of mowing, the mower stops and beeps several times. Battery still has three bars. Then it will restarts and runs OK to finish the lawn. I purchased it new and used it four times before it started this routine. I was only cutting an inch or so off the top of the grass, using the bag for cutting collections and the bag was less than 1/2 full. I was selling my old gas version of the same mower. Never had a bit of trouble with it. Perhaps I will cancel the ad and keep the gas mower. Perhaps I should send the $700 battery mower back to the CARB idiots who are mandating battery powered products that are not ready for prime time.
