Wow! Very nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought with new mower purchase. Got the blower too. Charged it up and wow it cut like a champ. Went through the tough thick grass with ease. Could had done more but finished with 3/4 of a battery left full. Also 3yr Tool and Battery warranty.

Easy to use and LOVE the interchangeable battery
I've only used it a handful of times so far and have had no issues. I love that the battery is interchangeable between other 60V Toro products. This product is lightweight and very easy to use.

Lightweight and easy to use!!!
This is my first time EVER using a trimmer, and I love it! I was so worried that I wasn't going to be able to put it together on my own or figure out how to use it, but I was able to do both without any trouble. I love the interchangeable battery, how light it us, and it's not very loud when in use either. Great modern design! I've told everyone I know to grab one for themselves. I think my parents are going to get one now!!!

Not quite perfect, but close.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer was the third piece in my Flex-Force system after my lawnmower and leaf blower, and I now have three batteries (two small, one large) and chargers. Plenty of juice.
The trimmer is almost perfect, but you have to pay close attention during assembly to where you place the forward handle (your height determines where to put it) and that is not included in the instructions. Also, the hex bolts on that handle are MADDENING so take care to get it right the first time.
Also, the trimmer only cuts when you're moving from left-to-right. When you turn it upside down to edge, it's right-to-left.
It took me awhile to get the hang of it and get it working to my satisfaction, but I'm now thrilled with it. Look how good the edging looks from battery power

My wife loves it - how can I give it less than 5 stars! Seriously this Toro string trimmer is so easy to use compared to my gas powered trimmers. I already have several Toro Flex-Force battery powered yard care products so getting a trimmer that used the same battery system was important to me. The trimmer was easy to assemble right out of the box. The battery charger is one of the smaller slim-line designs which I really like. The battery when mounted gives the trimmer a nice comfortable balance. I was able to adjust the trimmer so that it is comfortable for my wife to use - she is 5ft. In use, the trimmer did what it needed to do - the brushless motor seems more than adequate to get the job done. And it is so much quieter than my gas trimmer. This Toro sting trimmer is so convenient, it takes a lot of the hassle out of trimming so more trimming gets done - what's not to like.

This needs 10 stars! I'll never go back to gas or electric. I got tired of waiting for my husband to fix one of the five trimmers languishing in the shed. This trimmer is even easy for me to handle. All the weight is at the top in the battery and I did my entire yard in one charge (two hours) and it still had juice left. The control is in the two paddles above the handle. Squeeze and you're ready.
It was easy to assemble - just the handle basically. Charge the battery and clip it in. Releases with a button. Couldn't be easier.
