Is the red stuff what i need to put in my gas to keep it from freezing? I want to keep my snowblower outside and it keeps freezing. Help?!?

AnswerToro Premium Fuel Treatment is designed to guard your engine’s carburetor and fuel system against rust, oxidation, and other corrosion. The Fuel Treatment utilizes detergents and stabilizers that help ensure easy starting and keeps systems clean. Toro Premium Fuel Treatment keeps fuel fresh for up to 12+ months at suggested treat rate. It protects fuel against water that ethanol attracts. It promotes easier engine starting – even after seasonal storage. Storing a snowblower outside may increase the potential for condensation in the fuel system and increase the amount of water contamination beyond the capabilities of an additive to properly address and protect against without doing harm to other components.
