Will these chains fit a Craftmans #88173 snow thrower with a 13” tire?

Not sure as to whether 13" tire chains will fit your Craftsman snow thrower? The chains that I ordered for my Toro ( 13" tires ) were too long and I had to shorten the chains. Prior to ordering the chains I went to HomeDepot and presented my Toro Snowblower Spec. Sheets and the individual said the snow chains should fit. After a little modification to the chains, mounted them onto the tire the chains performed exceptionally well. Good Luck!

Probably. The chains are adjustable so they should be able to fit tires within a small range in size. I wouldn’t be surprised if our tires are identical. I’m sure they are sold to multiple manufacturers. Best of luck.

I can tell you they do not fit Toro Power Max 824 OE which has the same 13 in tires on it.
