About 85 lbs with fuel. Feels like it is self propelled with the paddles pulling it along. Rolls very easy on the wheels.

Can the scraper or the wheels be adjusted up or down?

Thank you for your question. No, they can not be adjusted. An innovative pivoting scraper keeps the rotor in constant contact with the pavement, making the job quicker and easier and the wide rubber paddles propel the snowblower forward while cleaning down to the pavement.

Are Toro snowblowers made in the USA?

Asked by Tiberius December 8, 2018

Answer

Toro manufactures most of its products in the United States, primarily in the Midwest, with facilities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska and Michigan. We do have manufacturing facilities around the world where efficiencies are gained by being closer to the end customer. All of our manufacturing facilities, regardless of location, adhere to the same standards for quality around our manufacturing processes.

How much does it weigh

84 #. My wife and I easily lift it into and out of my SUV. For my two cents, I should have bought the 721 QZE for about $100 more. has electric start feature and a handle mounted chute control (this is very convenient, I converted mine to add this feature). The 721 QZE weighs 91#.

Wheel caps that hold the wheels on would not stay on. Ended up losing one in the snow, so I drilled out a couple of washers to fit, drilled holes in the axle, and then installed cotter pins. Problem solved and now I have a 5 star snow blower. A better fix would probably just drill holes through the wheel caps and installing pins right away before using then loosing them.

Easy to assemble. Easy to pull start. It's propelled by the action of the 'blades', and can be a little bouncy and shifty due to it's extremely light weight. It does, however really chop at freshly foot traffic packed snow. The little, flat, lawnmower type wheels can get jammed with wet snow and cause the machine to pull to whichever side has the least amount of snow on it. And while it can really chuck some snow, manipulation of the chute can be tedious, however. Works like a champ in fluffy snow!
