Home Depot fails with honoring promotions
There was a $50 promotional credit, if Home Depot credit card was applied for. Home Depot has not honored that for me. As for the Toro snow blower, we haven't had any snow yet.

Snow blower
Much smaller than I expected for the price of it but it’s very powerful and so far (I’ve only used it twice) it’s done the job nicely.

Solid snowthrowing machine!
A well made product! We had a large 2 stage snowblower and sold it because this unit is better.

Light and powerful!
Bought this anticipating a snowy winter in Michigan and hoping the reliability of Toro would come through where others have failed. Absent a weird battery issue, this lite and quiet blower has been awesome.

    Horrible design
Toro didn't tuck the rear wheels inside the clearing path which lets snow build up on the tires thus NOT allowing the deck to clean the surface properly. If you have used a similar snowblower in the past you will quickly realize the snow builds up on the snow side which tilts the machine so it does NOT clean the deck as expected. Until TORO engineers ACTUALLY USE THEIR MACHINES IN THE SNOW you need to pass on Toro!

Response from Toro Customer ServiceJul 13, 2021
Thank you for your review. We are sorry that Toro's snow blower is no longer meeting your standards. If you have a rough surface driveway or its been a few seasons since you've checked your scraper, consider replacing. Proper paddles will scrape all the way down to the pavement and propel the snow much further than worn paddles. Let us help. Any of our Authorized Service Dealers can inspect and repair your machine to get you back up and running. We invite you to visit Toro.com/locator to find a dealer in your area.
Can't fully rate it because I haven't used it yet.
I can rate it on ease of assembly and the look and feel of the quality of the blower. Unpacked it assembled it and filled it with oil and gas. Pushed the primer a few time and started right up on the 3rd pull. Went out the next day and pushed the primer 2times and it started on the 1st pull. This is the first time I've ever wished for snow, can't wait to give it a whirl then I can write another full review. Very nice machine!

      Ease of use
Cleans drive way and side walks much cleaner than my larger snow blower. Lighter weight makes clearing out snow easier

      Started right up
Could have used better assembly instructions maybe real pictures of how to install handle and pull cord. Fired right up after assembly. No snow yet
