Per the Toro Operator’s Manual, for best results, purchase only the quantity of fuel that you expect to use in 30 days. It is recommended by Toro to use fuel stabilizer in the machine at all times to keep the fuel fresh longer when used as directed by the fuel stabilizer manufacturer. The Toro Warranty statement reads that the failure to follow fueling instructions and requirements is a condition that is not covered under warranty. This includes using fuel more than one month old, fuel that contains more than 10% ethanol, failure to drain the fuel system prior to any period of non-use over one month, and improper fuel.

I would recommend this product only if your a mechanic! Toro has ZERO CUSTOMER support, There are several known issues with the FWD speed of this machine. Emails were sent to dealers to help with repairs. I have been able to use the machine with superb results in plowing huge amounts of snow here in Alaska. In just a few hours of use I had bolt falling out and made numerous adjustments using their manual to get the fwd speeds to work properly. It's still not right but I hope to get it right. I was able to find a dealer in MN who read me the e-mails he received from Toro about the issues.
purchased in dec 2020 after 30 minutes of use steering became erratic and trx lost alignment. finding local dealer is impossible , listed dealers do not service this model

Owned 1 month, residential user in Colorado mountains. Releasing drive-lever does not disengage tracks causing machine to keep going instead of stopping, it hit and damaged car. Left track-brake not responding, hard to turn left. 3rd time using it I smelled burning rubber. 4th time it happened again then drive stopped working completely. Heading for repair, but warranty does not cover getting it there; it won't move so I can't get it into my truck. Really had high hopes but instead feels like I got a $3,300 lemon.

This unit was poorly constructed and put together. It broke completely on first use. This is very disappointing for the cost of this unit. Returned for a refund.
Has worked great, as little as we have had to use it (early in the snow season). Starts up like a charm, runs and powers thru everything so far. Biggest earner for the 5⭐️ is it’s sure footed no stopping it, ability to grind up our very steep driveway. Like anything it takes a bit to learn and master the controls (it is very responsive). Looking forward to years of dependable service.
