I actually replaced the sensor. I had it before but I broke it cleaning the gutters. I replaced and tested with no problems.

Water Waster
I installed this exactly as instructed on the north side of my house out of the direct sun. I set it to turn off my system after 1" of rain. We had 6 inches of rain in the past week, including 3 inches yesterday. This silly thing still had my sprinklers watering my lawn. I had to adjust it 1/8" to get it to turn off the system. Toro's instructions are a joke!
