Delivered to my house, ready to mow, representative went through everything and gave us some valuable tips. Operating the mower was a little tricky at first but we soon got used to the light controls. Very straight forward machine, easy maintenance.

Love my zero turn
I Brought my 42" toro4 1/2 year ago. Love my zero turn. This spring when in for services just to make sure everything was a okay. I don't mulch wet grass I wash my deck 2 times per year and put it away clean.change oil in spring. Love my zero turn.

Excellent quality mower only flaws are low quality battery, and the tube to drain oil is impossible to remove.

Deck only lasted just over 3 years!
Bought this piece of crap Toro mower in April 2018 and the deck already rusted through on top of that the main drive belt needed to be replaced because of misplaced washer there was installed wrong from the factory never ever buying a Toro brand mower again! avoid this model unless you live in Sunny Arizona.

The delivery service was very good. The lawn mower came to my driveway clean and ready for gas and use. I was disappointed that the front frame was not assembled properly from the factory. The tab from the left side of the frame reinforcer was not installed in the slot provided like the one on the right. Can be seen if you look carefully at the picture attached. Not a big deal but wouldn't have suspected that repairs would be required right out of the box.

My experience at the “The Home Depot (#2803)”in Coon Rapids store could not have been better. Your Home Depot associate “Jordan” was great through the whole process from the start of my first question to completing the purchase. Home Depot should hire and promote more people like Jordan. I rate the store experience excellent 5 out of 5.
This lawn mower lacked an hour meter, mulching kit, and no assist (spring, electric, or otherwise) to help adjust the cutting height. The store at the time of purchase did not have any of these accessories in stock. Later I installed an hour meter, mulching kit, and a deck foot lift assist kit. An hour meter should be standard equipment. Having a city lot a mulch kit is necessary so I do not throw cut grass into my neighbor’s properties or against my house when mowing between the houses. I knew the deck was going to be stressing my old hands. The mower performs well i.e. starting, driving, handling, and mulching. Only because I needed to add the three accessories to make this machine more functional and easier to use I deducted one star. I rate the machine good 4 out 5.
I contacted support at Toro.com at least twice trying to get an answer. The manual tells you to shut off the Toro Commercial V-Twin 708cc engine at FAST throttle position and I wanted to know why. I have always reduced throttle when shutting of small engines in the past. Toro support could NOT answer this question and told me to contact a Toro dealer. Apparently, the support group has no communications with the engineering. I rate Toro online support as very poor 1 out of 5.
I have only mowed twice since I have owned this machine. I have owned the machine for less than one month. The machine met my expectations and I am happy with my purchase.

Very good mower & value!!
Just got mine this spring and now have 10 cuts with it. A very well thought out and convenient mower for my 1 acre lawn. Several nice surprises; the deck cleanout feature works much better than expected - just attach the hose, lower the deck, start the blades and voila!, The power of the 16 horse is better than expected - I'm a 240lb guy and this thing chugs up inclines while cutting with no problem, You may not need a bagger - the grass dispersion is excellent with side discharge - there are no piles of grass remaining - it looks like it's been bagged! It's also super maneuverable around my many trees and plant beds. The cut quality is best at the slow speed range so I keep it there. Low maintenance as most of the bearing packs are sealed - only 2 grease zercs. Great price point and did I mention that it's fun also!! Buy one!
