Asked by Alan October 22, 2020I only used for recycling. Although the discharge chute block can be easily removed I don’t think the grass would be discharged at any significant force to fill the bag. The grass deflectors that you install in the mower deck churns the clippings back down to the blade for recutting thus reducing the discharge force.
How does this work with leaves?
Asked by bvail September 9, 2018Good, I didn’t have any problems mulching my leaves last fall. Might need to slow down and set the drive to a lower gear like “tow” for best results. I use the recycler kit year round, installed it and never plan on taking it off.

Asked by Pa February 11, 2018If the kit didn't come with a blade, you already have it on the mower. No you do not have to take blade off to put kit on. You do have to jack up the front end to have access to the underdeck to put it on.
How difficult is it to change back to bagging for fall cleanup?

Asked by Griff May 8, 2016Not that I am aware of. It took me a little time to figure out how to put it on, but, once I lined everything up, it went together great. Directions could be a tad bit better.
