Pros:
Easy to install

Back and side are well vented
Cons:
Two point base connection is floppy and make is difficult to take the shade on and off
Base bolts should have had nylon lock nuts
Frame tubing and brackets are very weak
Vibrates a lot
Note:
For me the key is if the reviewer would buy again knowing what they know. In this case the answer is yes. In fact it is a big yes. We use this on a college campus and it makes mowing a pleasure. Still need sunscreen on your arms but my balding head stays cool and sun free. Love this thing.
