Could use better engineering
At nearly $900 dollars for a bagger there could be a couple things improved. The big plastic hood could use a spring clip to keep it on the hinge pins while in use. The brackets to hold the bags could have a bigger /better flange to locate and hold the bags in rough terrain. It would also be nice if the rear main bracket clipped / pinned on instead of using 4 bolts to hold it. It would make it easier to take the bracket off when not bagging. I only bag a couple times a year. The self-tapping bolts that are supposed to go up into the bottom of the rear bumper were not included. Feel free to contact me if you need further explanation

Bagging ability is excellent. But major issue in the mechanics...
Bagging ability is excellent. But major issue in the mechanics of how the lower tube attaches to the deck. Will not stay on, falls off and has hit the blade. May have to return as it’s dangerous. Have checked very carefully to ensure we are attaching it correctly. It’s a design issue.

Too much trouble.
I spend more time cleaning out the chute where it is attached to the mower deck than I spend mowing. I had this issue even on short cut grass. It seemed like the chute just didn't have enough pressure going up to move the grass up.

This issue usually stems from cutting damp/wet grass as it can stick together in the chute and eventually clog it. Waste of money plastic garbage DO NOT BUY
Overpriced piece of plastic. Bought for my commercial mowing business and this Bagger didn’t last one acre before falling apart. Bag handles frayed after emptying 5 times. Waste of money!!

Fits model 75743 with welded deck
Needed no modifications to attach to welded deck Toro model 75743 purchased 2022. It picked up the grass unusually well. Install instructions were accurate. Very sturdy bagging system. The ordering photo does not show the chute, but it's included. It arrives on a pallet and all in one box including the weights; 185 pounds. We had store delivery to avoid a freight delivery being left at the road. We unboxed it at store and loaded parts into our truck.

After waiting on a Toro grass bagger for my new 42inch Toro my ride o turn mower for close to 6 months I finally got it. it works great except one thing the back of the bags that face the mower is the same netting as the rest of it and that caused the air filter to be completely stopped up with grass clippings after one quarter acre mowing. This should be a simple fix that it needs the back of the bag to have a solid material such as the bottom of the bag to stop the grass clippings to suck up into the air filter and stop it up. This is a system that should be recalled and I feel I should get new bags with this corrected. If not every time I mow the yard I have to blow the grass clippings out of the air filter because it completely stops it up and restricts the air flow to the engine which in my opinion could cause early engine failure and also a fire hazard . This definitely is a problem that needs corrected and I should either get a complete refund on my mower and bagger so I can purchase something that will work properly. I like the Toro mower but I have Emerald Zoysia grass and it has to be bagged. I am not a happy customer at this point. I am going to talk to home Depot where I purchased both of these items to see what can be done. I spent $4500.00 and it does not work like I need it to.

The bags are to flimsy and hard to dump the grass into a bag. But other than that it was easy to mount to my machine.
