4-in Centerset 2-Handle bathroom faucet with pop-up drain in Oil-Rubbed Bronze

I have a second home that we plan to sell before too long. It is 40 years old and, while it has good bones, it is pretty "dated" circa 1982 when we originally bought it. But, while we're looking to make it desirable enough to sell, we're not going to spend tens of thousands "updating" everything the way most realtors would want. So, we have been finding value buys on new fixtures and appliances and we'll add some paint and flooring and call it good. We're treating this one would treat a "flip". New owners who plan to live there long term, can invest as much as they'd like making it the perfect home for themselves. There is a guest bath downstairs that has little wear but everything is original, builders basic. We decided to update it with new fixtures, new flooring and a new toilet. Add some paint and it is every bit as good as any bathroom in a local, new home development. I had already replaced the chrome towel racks with some oil rubbed bronze units. But the single handle, chrome faucet remained and stuck out like a sore thumb. This Tosca faucet was the perfect match at a value price. The package includes everything one needs including a new drain and tailpiece. The handle set itself has a nice, oil rubbed bronze finish in today's style. It has ceramic disk valves and the outlet limits water flow to 1.2 GPM. Separate hot and cold handles encourage energy efficiency compared to single handle faucets that always seem to be left on full hot and turned on the same way, no matter the need. I love modern plumbing fixtures including this Tosca line that use plastic piping. Plastic may not be as "strong" as metal, but it doesn't rust and corrode. And it lasts just as long. Besides, we've been connecting to PVC and ABS water pipes and DWV systems for more than forty years and they are proving functional and reliable. There was nothing to the installation at all, I only needed two adjustable wrenches and some plumbers putty to set the drain in. The instructions provided detail a step by step process that even a person not familiar with under sink plumbing should be able to follow. That's not to say that there weren't difficulties. They were ALL related to removing the old chrome and brass fixtures and connections due to 40 years of corrosion and no turning of existing valves. But that's another story not conducive to this review. Thanks again HD for providing a value product at a value price.

Tosca 4-in Centerset 2-Handle bathroom faucet with pop-up drain in Oil-Rubbed Bronze This is a very well made faucet assembly. There is nothing cheap feeling about it. The included instructions were very easy to follow. The kit came with everything needed to install the faucet except the tools of course. You’ll also need a dime or a penny coin to undo the aerator to flush the faucet out after installation. Then just screw it back in and it’s ready to use. after you complete the install of course and check your work for leaks. The matching pop up is a nice touch. I can’t wait to use it and I definitely recommend this item.

The Tosca bathroom faucet has a nice finish. The faucet is solid brass construction and not cheap plastic. The faucet comes with everything you need to complete installation. The faucet has a recessed aerator for a nice finish appearance. The aerator requires a special tool for removal, but these come in the replacement aerator kits sold at Home Depot. This is a very nice faucet with an easy to clean design.

Not the most exciting faucet....but solid faucet....the plate (cover plate) is bronze color and some sort of plastic....not metal! and I am not a fan of the old style pop up drains.....why isn't every faucet coming with the new push up independent drains? I am not a fan of the old style....lots of problems......but if you don't mind these pull up old style drains, and you like the look of this, and it is a solid faucet.

This is a beautifully crafted faucet. I'm impressed with the antiquish design of the unit. The handle glide smoothly when adjusting the water pressure. Installating the faucet itself is simple and quick. You will need to purchase supply lines as they aren't built into this one. Make sure to have either plumbers putty or silicone to install the drain as it will need to be applied to the lower side of the drain cap before screwing it together. The included directions are easy to follow. Only basic tools are needed for installation. You won't be disappointed with the appeal of the faucet. Really catches your eye when walking into the room.

This set comes a bit more complete than most faucets with the matching oil rubbed bronze lift rod and pop up assembly. The faucet has ceramic cartridges which is nice if you live in an area with hard water. Each time you open or close the faucet handles the cartridges are actually clearing the water supply lines.Comes with easy to read instructions. You must purchase the water supply lines as well as silicone sealant.

Gorgeous Tosca faucet. This 4" center set comes with everything you need to put class into your bathroom. This oil rubbed bronze faucet set comes with spout and handle assembly, lift rod assembly, and pop up assembly. We put in a few of these in our bathrooms and they are very easy to install. We are waiting on our new sink to install this one. There are a lot of other items in the oil rubbed bronze you can purchase to match the whole bath. Instructions are in both English and Spanish and this comes with a lifetime warranty. Made in China.

I needed a low profile faucet to fit in my vanity where the soap dish was in the way just above. The Tosca 4" center set two handle bathroom faucet in oil rubber bronze fit the bill. The faucet comes complete with a pop up drain that did not extend enough to interfere with the soap dish. The faucet has a low spout arc with a longer reach into the sink basin to provide plenty of washing room. There is a separate handle for cold and hot water so you don't waste water and always get hot or cold water. This Tosca 4-inch centerset bathroom faucet is exactly what I needed because it is replacing my current oil-rubbed bronze faucet. I chose this faucet because it has a longer reach into the sink with a much stronger water flow. This Tosca faucet is very sturdy and just lifting it you can tell it is high quality and quite lovely in its design. During my bathroom remodeling, I made the mistake of selecting a faucet that lights up when the water is running. That was not one of my better ideas. Unfortunately, after it was hooked up, I found to my dismay that the light reduces the flow of water significantly. Yes, the light works but I can’t deal with the very low and slow flow of water. I am glad I found this Tosca faucet and by the quality alone, I highly recommend this faucet to all who seek a great product.
