Ironwood 885 Wifi Pellet Grill and Smoker in Black

A:  Hi, and thanks for your question on the Ironwood 885. The main grill grate is 30" L x 19" D (76.2 cm L x 48.26 cm D), for a cooking area of 570 sq. in. (3677 sq. cm).

A:  I have left them in the hopper for a few days and have had no issues. The weather was clear and dry. I usually empty the hopper at the end of each use and would recommend emptying the hopper each time

A:  Thank you for your question. We recommend emptying the hopper anytime you won't be using the grill for more than 2 weeks. Even sooner if you are in wet and humid climates. Keep the pellets stored in a bucket with an airtight lid. If you are in a humid area, we recommend storing them in the house. The garage can still be very humid. A:  I’ve had my Ironwood for about 3 years. Never emptied the hopper unless I’m changing pellets. I’ve never seen the pellets go bad/get wet or jam up the auger. I do leave the cover on whenever not in use. 

A:  The Ironwood 885 is an amazing grill and does use the super smoke feature. This setting can be used when cooking on temperatures up to 225 degrees. You can learn more about super smoke on our support site.

A:  Yes it does. Super Smoke up to 225F.

A:  It has a super smoke temperature at only 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

A:  Yes. You can run super smoke up to 225 degrees.
