A: Hello, and thanks for your inquiry on the Pro 575. As a Traeger WiFire model, this grill should go up to about 500 degrees. Although the maximum temperature can be affected by various factors, such as weather, pellet condition and grill maintenance, the Pro 575 should get hot enough to reverse sear a steak, or make a wood-fired pizza on your favorite pizza stone.
