Thanks for your question. This product has a 25 yr. residential warranty.
Thanks for your question. Trafficmaster grip strip planks do not have a pre-attached underlayment. If you're installing over concrete, a 6 mil poly moisture barrier is required. In any other instance, you should install the planks directly on top of the subfloor or approved existing flooring. You can see the full installation guide here: https://images.homedepot-static.com/catalog/pdfImages/e9/e95e2e26-a492-41f4-b950-0941b83e73ce.pdf
because of the floor we did was large we staggered the panels. Only problem was when the water heater leaked the high temperature un glued the lap.
Thanks for your question. The planks must be staggered, with end joints a minimum of 8" apart.
You need to stagger the panels. It's super easy.
Flooring will be stronger if the seams are staggered. I usually off set panels by 4 or 6 inches.
Thanks for your question. The product is water resistant. The adhesive grip strip sides can be damaged by water/moisture.
I love the look the feel and the fact that yes it is 100% waterproof. It’s very easy to install and looks amazing but one whole box had broken ends on every piece. Overall I love it
Thanks for your question. Unfortunately this product does not have coordinating trim. It's a newer color so most likely, the trim just hasn't caught up yet. Please keep checking back on homedepot.com. They will have the same color name.
Thanks for your question. If your subfloor is concrete, you must use a 6 mil poly moisture barrier. Otherwise, nothing can be used under the planks.
Thank you for your question- Yes, it can be installed in the bathroom. If you have a box style vanity, just go up to it and leave required expansion space.Cut up to your tub or shower leaving expansion space and fill in with a 100% waterproof silicone caulking.
Yes. Don't butt to walls or tub. Leave room and caulk edges. I have been using this for 10 years in all my rentals. Easiest to install, and best product on the market.
No! Poor quality product.
Thanks for your question. This product is manufactured in our factories in China.
