Total failure of the locking system 3 years later. Every few planks, in every room across the floor. Home Depot will not warrant because though I paid for the install, another member of the house picked up the flooring. Also, Traffic Master claims it's not their product (even though it's their name on the box). $4500 floor, lasted exactly 3 years - waste of money.
BUYER BEWARE of warranty claims on ALL Home Depot purchased flooring: You're likely out of luck.

Its been 2,5 years since I placed this particular laminate floors in my kitchen area. Love it! Still looks great and easy to clean. I have to mop it often, but quality is still there. I spent less then 400$ for the project.

Easy to install and work using a jigsaw (cut outside and wear a resp to avoid carcin dust). Took 5 weekends to prep and install ~1200 sqft (upstairs, diagonal patern). Used 2mm recycled rubber underlayment, though in hindsight probably should have used 3-4mm for better sound deadening. It's laminate so it "taps" if wearing heeled shoes, but muffled with a runner/rug. Doesn't creak, but if she does, you probably didn't leave a gap at the wall or it's the plywood subfloor, which you could screw down before installation. Instructions say ~1/8" unevenness is tolerable, but I suggest chiseling/sanding the subfloor plywood at seams and ensuring any carpet-underlayment and glue is removed or else you'll feel soft spots or bowing (I've got a couple). I over hammered an edge and weakened the laminate, which chipped, but I melted color-matched crayons into place and need to take a hard look to find the spot so easy repair.

If you are looking for flooring, stay away from this product! It looks fantastic at first, you think this product is great! Well, all of these people that left glowing reviews, I ask you - how do you feel about 6 months later???
This is our story - we loved it at first but after about 6 months it started looking bad---- the ends starting lifting and curling @ the seams. We had planned to do our entire home with the flooring and had bought a lot of this product. Well, no way are we going to put this in other areas. (So far we had only done the living room /dining room and hall) We took it back to Home Depot and they pretty much laughed in our faces because it had been longer than 90 days. They told us to contact TrafficMaster. TrafficMaster told us to contact Home Depot. The 15 year warranty is obviously a scam.
I would love to do a follow up with the people who wrote the great reviews and see if they still feel the same. Again, if I had written one 2 weeks out --- it would have been great. 6 months --- nope. I hope this helps somebody. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I did about 2,000 sqft of this flooring a couple years ago and everything was fine then - Home Depot carried this in stock so I could inspect the boxes then to ensure the flooring was fine. However, my wife and I are currently renovating our kitchen so I needed some more of this flooring (not much, about 100 sqft). Now it is only available for online order (not available in stores anymore) and I decided to have it shipped directly to our local Home Depot in Brighton, MI. After waiting about two weeks for it to come I picked it up, brought it to my house and when I opened the shipping boxes, all four boxes worth of flooring was severely damaged - every. single. piece. I called the Home Depot and they just said bring it back and they will return it and reorder it. I also tried reaching out to the manufacturer with pictures and of course, no one ever got back to me. I went back to Home Depot and they couldn't do any rush order (again, of course) so they refunded my card and I had to reorder the four boxes. Another two weeks went by and this time when it arrived, three boxes were slightly damaged and one box was severely damaged so I sent that one back (and had to wait another two weeks for it to arrive). In the meantime, I was able to use the three boxes I received - it just took a lot longer to "prep" the flooring before I was able to lay it; I had to cut sections of the tongues out to make it work.
I guess to sum all this up - make sure you buy the flooring at the store and don't try to order it online. When it is all down it looks great and the price point is awesome, just the headache of what I dealt with was worth me sharing.
